A technical advisor and director of the rule of law program in Karbala and a trainer in Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid. He works as director of the Economics and Investment Division of the Karbala Martyrs Directorate, and also works for the UNOPS.
He holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the Babylon University and a master degree in engineering project management from St. Clements University.
He participated in the October 25 protests, founded a peaceful gathering during the protests, and established with a group of activists "the national campaign to complete the election law" in 14 governorates, to press on the parliament to complete the law supplement, define the form of small districts, and send it to the presidency for approval and publish it in the official magazine. The campaign got a wide interaction, and trend on Twitter twice, and its success in pressuring on, Parliament to cancel the amendment of law, and UNAMI to expedite the training of delegates in the form of multiple circles.
